Their technology platform provides us with up-to-date information of our services and enables our team to request changes to services or new services in a very efficient manner. I cannot recommend SMS highly enough and am positive that they will provide any organisation with the flexibility and support to engage and manage the best service partners, without being worried about being tied down to a sole provider.
Their agile approach to services really allows my team and I to focus on our daily duties, whilst they monitor and manage our outsourced services. This has really reduced the workload of ours with managing and sourcing contractors, as SMS do this on our behalf. SMS also are a great supporter of community events; they have sponsored our League teams for many years and do so as it is part of their mandate to support the communities, they work in.
